1. Agreement

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or renting a vehicle from Grand Exotics, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• Renters must be at least 18 years old (age surcharges may apply under 25).
• Renters must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Renters must provide proof of full-coverage insurance meeting our minimum limits.
• All renters are subject to identity verification and driving record review.

3. Reservations & Payment

Reservations are confirmed only after a signed rental agreement, valid payment method, and refundable security deposit are on file. Daily rates, deposits, and mileage allowances are listed on each vehicle's detail page and are subject to change. Additional fees may apply for delivery, extra mileage, cleaning, tolls, and traffic violations.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation windows and refund eligibility will be outlined in your rental agreement. Late cancellations, no-shows, and shortened trips may forfeit pre-paid amounts.

5. Use of Vehicle

• Vehicles may be operated only by approved drivers listed on the agreement.
• No racing, off-roading, track use, towing, or commercial ride-share use.
• No smoking, vaping, or transport of illegal substances.
• Vehicles must remain within agreed geographic boundaries.

6. Damage & Liability

The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, theft, mechanical abuse, or impound-related fees occurring during the rental period, up to full replacement value of the vehicle. All damages are documented at check-out and check-in. Traffic citations, tolls, and parking violations remain the renter's responsibility.

7. Insurance

Renters must maintain valid personal auto insurance with comprehensive and collision coverage sufficient to cover the vehicle's value. Grand Exotics does not provide primary insurance coverage on rentals.

8. Website Use

All content, imagery, and branding on this website are the property of Grand Exotics or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes or to attempt to interfere with its operation.

9. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vehicle availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grand Exotics disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
